Interested in Yoga?
I began my yoga practice 18 years ago after the birth of my first child left me with chronic low back pain. Yoga helped alleviate my pain and balance both my body and mind. Studying Vinyasa flow, Bikram, Ashtanga, and Hot yoga styles in those 18 years has helped me create my own eclectic flow style yoga class to upbeat world and contemporary music.

I received my Bachelors of Science degree in the biomechanics of human Movement, and Masters degree in sports medicine/ athletic training. I have a keen eye on technique and specialize in injury rehabilitation and prevention. I am certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga styles and recognized as a Yoga Alliance E-YRT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher). I have also been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for the past 22 years and recognized by both the American College of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise.
